Amanda was born and raised in Texas but has enjoyed fishing for a variety of fish across the country. She moved to Oregon 6 years ago when she was hired as ODFW’s Statewide Angler Education Program Coordinator, where she dedicates her life to teaching and sharing her passion for fish and fishing. Learning how to fish the jetties and rock piles on the coast during her free time was her first endeavor in Oregon.
